MICHAEL BILLINGS, O.D.
Dr. Billings obtained his optometric training from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, School of Optometry. Prior to graduating, Dr. Billings took part in many research projects for the University, as well as designing and teaching corneal physiology curriculum to underclassmen. He completed his optometric training in 1987, graduating first in his class.
From 1987 to 1995, Dr. Billings shared in a group optometric practice in St. Louis, while continuing to train fourth year optometry students as an adjunct professor for the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Since 1995, Dr. Billings has changed his focus of practice moving into rural Missouri, bringing quality eye care to those who would otherwise have to travel to the larger cities to find it. He has also obtained training and experience in pre and post op LASIK management and is a LASIK patient himself. He would be honored to help you with your eye care needs.
Dr. Billings performs full comprehensive eye exams, including the diagnosis and treatment of anterior segment pathology and injury, glaucoma management, fitting contact lenses, and prescribing glasses for the entire family.
