Nicole Hanish, O.D.
Dr. Nicole Hanish grew up in Vincennes, Indiana. She attended Vincennes University before finishing her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at Indiana University. She then went on to optometry school at Indiana University School of Optometry to obtain her doctorate degree in 2018. Dr. Hanish is a licensed doctor of optometry and has passed all parts of the national board examinations required for licensure in Indiana and Illinois.
Ever since childhood, Dr. Hanish grew up knowing she wanted to be serving in the medical field. She closely shadowed family friends who were also Optometrists, and fell in love with the field.
While attending optometry school, Dr. Hanish met her husband and were married the following New Year's eve after graduation. Hanish's passions outside of optometry include hanging with family & friends, staying active, cheering on the Hoosiers, and hanging out with their cockapoo Izzobella.
